This Shipping Policy explains how orders from CoolnCover are processed, shipped, and delivered within the United States.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer; we'll notify you of any significant delay.

Shipping Time We currently ship only within the United States. Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 7-15 business days, depending on your location. This is because our products are shipped from our fulfillment partner's warehouse network, and transit times can vary by region.

Total time from order to delivery, including processing, is typically 8-18 business days.

Shipping Rates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2-5 business days after shipment for tracking information to fully update, as it may take time for the carrier to scan the package into their system.

Shipping Delays Occasionally, shipments may be delayed due to customs processing, carrier delays, severe weather, or high order volume. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to communicate any known delays.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us through our Contact page as soon as possible — we can only make changes before the order has shipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier facility first. If it still cannot be located, contact us through our Contact page and we'll help investigate.
